As a Delegate attending the venue, it is important to note that you are responsible for your personal belongings. The Organizers will not be held liable for any lost or stolen items belonging to Delegates, Speakers, or Attendees, regardless of the circumstances. Please ensure that you take the necessary precautions to keep your belongings safe and secure during the event.
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind.
Kindly be informed that the registrant is solely responsible for arranging their transportation and parking needs.
For any press or media coverage, prior permission must be obtained from the Allied Academies Organizing Committee before the event. Speakers or delegates cannot be quoted without their written approval.
To ensure security, only registered conference attendees will receive a letter of invitation. Once you have completed your registration, please reach out to us for a personalized invitation letter. Please note that any bank charges incurred for refunds will be the responsibility of the registrant.
All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing to [email protected].
In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee that you paid. This credit can be used for any other Allied Academies event that takes place within one year from the date of cancellation.
If a person who has fully paid for registration is unable to attend an event, they may transfer the registration to someone else from the same organization. The registered person must make the transfer in writing to [email protected] and include the replacement person's full name, title, contact phone number, and email address. Unless otherwise specified, all other registration details will be assigned to the new person.
If a person is unable to attend one conference, their registration can be transferred to another conference hosted by Allied Academies. However, registration cannot be transferred if the request is made within 14 days of the respective conference.
Please note that transferred registrations are not eligible for a refund.
As security measures have increased, we kindly ask all participants to apply for a Visa as soon as possible. Please note that Allied Academies will not contact embassies or consulates on behalf of visa applicants. It is the responsibility of all delegates or invitees to apply for a Business Visa only. Additionally, please be aware that visa issues will not be considered under the cancellation policy of Pulsus Ltd, including the inability to obtain a visa.
If the person who registered for the event is unable to attend and cannot transfer their participation to someone else or another event, the refund policy is as follows:
Since we have already made advance payments for the venue, printing, shipping, hotels, and other expenses, the refund policy is based on the following slabs:
Hotels have their own cancellation policies, which usually apply if you cancel less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you need to cancel or change your accommodation, please let us know as soon as possible. Allied Academies will inform you of your accommodation provider's cancellation policy before making any changes or cancellations to your booking, so you know if there are any non-refundable deposits.
All accepted abstracts will be published in respective Allied Academies Journals.
